Day 38 April 22, 2020 “Earth Day Turns 50”

Today Earth Day turn celebrates its Golden Anniversary! In all the 50 years the planet has never been cleaner because of the lack of human activity. It would be nice to keep it this way. But we all know that it will never happen. People say that we are killing the planet. Quite the contrary! The planet is slowly killing us.

I am of the opinion that people should protest the mishandling of the planet with the same fervour with which they protest a football player who kneels during the national anthem. In the end it will take more than a song to save us.
