Tatau

Tattoo comes from the Samoan word, “tatau”, which means “to strike”.

These noir images are from the 3rd annual Villain Arts Tattoo Convention. The happening took place at NRG Park. I have no tattoos to speak of but I found the idea of attending the convention intriguing and an opportunity to get some great “clicks”. Also, I met some interesting people whose stories which were just as colorful as their ink. All walks of life, experience, character and profession were represented at this happening which provided clicks for Noir Picture of the Day.
