Day 17 April 1, 2020 “Andy Enjoys the Weather”

Things seem to be getting worse and not better. The streets are empty, as they should be. Some Houstonians are heeding the Stay-At-Home order. It must be tough for some people who are not accustomed to being around family for extended periods of time.

I took advantage of this time to spend it with Andy, my dog. He seemed to sense that something was amiss - where is everyone?

Today I did feel a sense of urgency to get on with the future but as we know, it is out of our hands. My mind tended to wander to the thought of what is really behind all of this.

At this hour the streets WERE empty as they probably are at this hour, 12:00 PM. However, later in the afternoon the parks were very crowded.
